Some interesting comments. I developed the LineLok after raising 3 teenage daughters. It is easy to say you will take the phone out every night or yank the modem or smash the computer. The LineLok is intended as a non-confrontational aid to parenting. Agreed it can be bypassed by an enterprising kid,interestingly we have not had one complaint regarding this though! The screws by the way are torx not allen screws and we say they are tamper resistant not tamper proof. The LineLok is not a magic solution for parenting problems - its just another tool in this high tech age that we live in. |
