| Why...Why...Why!!!! I can't believe I tried to get service from these morons. I placed an order on March 31, 2000 to try to get a IDSL connection at my home. I was billed $588.00 for an annual contract that I never received. I was billed, never received anything via email, snailmail or act of God. I attempted to contact PSN.net for a refund and cancellation of my order and had to resort to legal intervention just to cancel my order. Here it is September 28, 2000 and I have never received my refund for the service I canceled in May. If I have a suggestion for anyone considering doing business with this company...Run...Run as fast as you can! |
