Port Charlotte, FL | Sure, the troops have access, but what about US citizens that are employed overseas? Most, if not all of them, don't have access to government IT systems. |

Wild West | I cant speak for all states, but AZ will allow them to fax a ballot in to the election office (so I was told last year)
