I wonder if this means that the GOV does not trust their counter-cracking methods being able to stop the bad guys from doing damage -- ie: they can't tell the good stuff from the bad stuff.
I guess that means now I'll have to cancel my trip to France in November if I want to exercise my right to vote, lol.
