Had a client that signed up for a business account that includes 3 ported voice lines, 384/384 Internet service, and Trail Notes. I called the corporate help-desk and when I asked about a local dial back-up that the customer could use at home to retrieve webmail, I was told to purchase an AOL Dial-up account for web access and then the client could get Everest Webmail online. WTF??? Are you kidding me?
