kudos:2 | Cool. I'm happy with my service with BellSouth. No.. not happy.. I'm pleased with it. 100% uptime since I had it installed August of 2003. The price, while a tad high ($44/mo. + 2.97 "Regulatory Fee) still was ok with me seeing the excellent service I've been given. Granted I've never really had to spend countless hours on the phone with their tech support (Billing is a different story) and granted I do not qualify for their new Extreme Plan (3.0/384), simply because I'm on IFITL (Fiber).
The price cuts is truly appreciated, especially now that I have an extra phone line and I'm paying about $120/mo. on the phone bill! Yikes!!
