Will it remove Windows?

If it's supposed to detect and remove spyware, I wonder what the odds are that it will remove Windows?

I do acknowledge that Windows is hugely complex, and Microsoft has come a very far ways in attempting to secure it. However, I feel Microsoft has often failed, placing their ambition to get the product to market over ensuring that the product is actually ready to be on the market. In addition, if the user remains unwilling to educate themselves and take even the most basic actions to ensure that they use safe computing techniques, it will not be possible, regardless of how much money, manpower, and ingenuity is thrown at it, to create a fully secure product.
