Re: can't download Being able to browse and not being able to download is usually caused by NIC problems. Move your NIC to a different PCI slot. If that doesn't work, take out all unneccessary PCI cards like sound card, and 56k modem, and then try each slot. If it works, then you can add the other devices back until you find the problem. You can just move the device to a different slot and that may fix the conflict.
