Wow...
I was about to fax my contract, and it says that the installation is $324 with a $324 rebate... so does that mean that I have to pay the $324 and then wait for a check in the mail? I thought it was instant rebate... hummm... this could mean some delays for me.
Also, besides that $324 charge, are there any more charges when the technician goes to the house to finish the installation? (Dry Line).

The $324 install on a dry SOHO line covers a basic Install. If anything over a basic install is needed, then yes there would be extra charges. (I have seen one (1) install need extra extensive installation, out of all the installs we have done in the last 5 years) Typically the basic install is more then enough. (For more details on this, please see the Terms of Service, which you should read before signing the agreement for service.)
