Just for clarification...

My setup is a local ISP (American Digital Network) on an SBC DSL line. Will this mean my ISP should be able to use an SBC fiber line, or will I have to settle for SBC/Yahoo as my ISP? My ISP uses a number of connections, i.e. I could have a Northpoint, Covad, Worldcom or SBC line depending on the CO equipment. I'm guessing this means that there's no possibility of, say, a Covad fiber line.

Right?
