If all fails, restart.

The internet is pretty much P2P... If everything fails, just restart everything, and we're good to go again.

Reminds me of the good old joke about the Windows 95' Automobile. It'll stop working for no reason, but just shut down the engine and turn it on again and everything should run fine.

seems to me that internet is largly commercially owned by a bunch of companies that are in business and rely on the internet. Companies usually have something called money. Money can be used to buy more bandwidth, servers, and routers. Its just expansion. Most of these companies are willing to fight spam. I dont see how spam could ever take over when most people don't even want it in the first place. Usually the reason something is popular is because a lot of people like it. Unless a bunch of people start liking spam its never gonna be a big deal. I just dont think that spam will ever be more of a problem than it is now. I dont even consider it a problem now. Its just something you have to adapt to.
