It's not working for me right now. I dialed VM to listen to the message that was left yesterday (of which there was no indication yesterday). I played the message and deleted it and then the MWI light started blinking on my phone. I tried calling back into VM, now it tells me that my mailbox is "in use", that I "may have been disconnected on a previous call" and to "try again in a few minutes." The web interface is giving me errors when trying to access voice mail. Today there is no message regarding voice mail issues on the dashboard. This is ridiculous.

There is a note out there now. I am having the same problem. But right now I can't even get into my VM, it is saying "This message box is in use. Please try again in a few minutes" Nice!

montee4: I just got a reply from Vonage support saying that they *could* access my mailbox and that I should try again. I get the same message. I have 2 lines and one is working, the other is not. I replied asking if they checked the right one.
