Spent 30 min holding then 1.5 hours on the phone with the tech. He tried a few things, but it did not make much difference. He says that it could be due to my slow line (speed tests show ~300Kbits upload speed. He says I need 90Kbytes for best codec. Is this true? He escalated the ticket since he says I am one of the first people to call with that new wireless TA. Lets see what happens...
