2 edits | Dry line service is delivered on a dry pair of copper, so this has nothing to do with any voice, or alarm systems install currently.
Just an FYI, for anyone else, Dry refers to a line that has no other features on it, such as a dial tone. So a dry ADSL line, has only ADSL, no voice.
