 | ok, I been on the Bignet Bandwagon for over a year now. And i must say when it's up and running it is great. My install went as planned with ameritech(local phone co) be the only delay. I am sooo displeased with their service, it's up 70% of the time (at best) and this is on my 384/384 sdsl. It's back up (as of yesterday after being down for only a month. after 16 phone calls, and only one call back (when i went above EVERYONE's head and asked for THE manager's manager) turns out my trouble ticket was closed, without being worked on, the covad trouble ticket was never entered, blah blah blah.... the funny thing, is when i call their tech support, a few of em know me by name, and have gotten comfortable enough to inform me that they use cable modem, and i should too. go figure. |
