Mele20 : Maybe it has changed since I used it years ago. It had to have been AdAware that picked it up because it was before Spybot existed and I think the only application I had that found adware/spyware back then was AdAware. I don't recall what was flagged...I don't think it was Gator but I don't remember.
--
The first and foremost function of our jurors is to protect private citizens from a tyrannical and intrusive government...Jurors are the last line of defense for liberty.
NanDog : I'm kinda like sashwa. Have used webshots as wallpaper for quite a few years but haven't dl'ed any photos in a long while and not a premium account. Have never had any problems with it and has never been picked up as spyware as Mele20 alleges (and that's with NIS2003, AdawareSEPlus, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, TrojanHunter, et al...) YMMV

PeeWee : My wife has run webshots on her computer forever and never had an issue like this before. When she tries to load a picture from the website she gets a warning from Spybot that gator is trying to load. When she tells spybot to go ahead and block gator she gets bumped off the site. Has there be a collusion of the two or would that be a false positive?
--
Nemo me impune lacessit.	[No one provokes me with impunity] -- Motto of the Crown of Scotland
