Re: DSLR page compression is off

These settings should turn page compression on (again), after restarting your browser completely again...

Don't forget to include play animations.

I have those settings, and my compression is still "off". How exactly, do I "completely restart" the browser? Should I re-boot?

Thanks--

Really?? I just tested. I was able to switch from disabling HTTP 1.1 thru proxy and force a fresh reload. Page compression was off. I then went back and enabled it, forced a fresh reload, and page compression was on. All this without rebooting the OS or Internet Explorer.

Do you have "localhost" in your HTTP and port "8080"? And you're running Proxo?

Same here to those questions, and same on Win2k, but IE 5.5. Interesting. Try the full reboot. That doesn't work, let's talk.

Re-booted, no change. Shut off Prox, re-set Proxy config, compression is back on.

Maybe an issue with IE6?

IE6 is currently in beta, so perhaps. That was strange. Anyone else with IE6 same results?

Glad you got it working Matt.

Nope, not working. I re-set everything back to pre-proxo settings to be sure compression would happen, and it does. Still no-go through Proxo.

Can this option possibly have any influence in the "compression on/off"-case???

(It can be found under "config" -> "http"-tab)
