| I guess from what I heard so far, there is very little what we can do. So, I am packing up and moving to Telus. Although telus's top speed is 2.5mbs, it is way better than what shaw can offer. Friends that I have is on regular telus high speed internet, and their download rate is far better than what Shaw is promissing now (bo hoo hoo on the big bad wolf).
I know telus is no better than Shaw is many ways and telus may take Shaw's mentality and approach in the future, but right here and now, it is way better than what Shaw claimed to be offering.
I know how every is feeling since I am in the same situation, but lord and behold, there are other providers out there, some piggy back of Shaw and some piggy back Telus and so forth. I hope that the next ISP that I find does not piggy back off Shaw. I would not give Shaw the satisfaction of getting payments from me.
