 | [Optimum Voice] Does Cablevision understand NO????? How many times do you have to tell them "NO!" before they stop calling you every day and trying to sell you OV????
I'm getting sick of this, and the damn mailers, too. |

I hate getting the letter in the mail every other day to come back to OOL, when I've had it for years. Maybe they could save some postage costs and lower prices! |

 | reply to rzaruba zWhen they next call Tell them to take you off their mailing and call lists. Take down the Reps name and Date and time he called. Do this 3 times at the 4th time call the Public Service Commision (If in NY) and file a complaint. Then if it still continues Make a police report and then Take cablevision to Court for harrassment. |

Technically, there is an exception for calling people when you already have an existing business relationship, but I think it's wrong to flaunt that exception.
