ok, this is not an anomaly because its jumping from 20-40 (last week its gone no higher than 10-15 for me)
have they raised the cap, or removed it?
not sure because my internet is so damn slow i can hardly tell a difference -- Name another North American suburb of over 165 000 people which STILL doesn't have a CO close enough for many to get DSL! (ITS NOW AVAIL AFTER 5 YEARS OF WAITING!)
