Since July 2004 I have been unable to UPLOAD any sufficient data (meaning more than perhaps 0.1 kb/s, and that's after stalling, it's not continuous) using ANY P2P software. Can you understand this, I said ANY P2P software. This means eMule, this means WinMX, this means Soulseek....etc. I have used P2P software since the Napster days and I think I know a little bit about how things should work.
The only reason this entire issue has come to the forefront is because of Bit Torrent.
I started a thread about this months ago and was brushed off with the usual "oh you must have a virus or a worm (sic) or this or that...."
