No 24 hour support here...I call at 11:51PM, and get pumped straight into the voicemail after being on hold for 5 minutes. No sales either. Very funny...but I don't think I'd go with a 24 hour support line if all I got was voicemail. A good 24 hour support would either tell me the number of minutes I have to hold, and then give me the option to leave a message, or give actual hours of service where they advertise.
