How is this going to result in broadband being deployed to the tens of millions who don't now have it?
In reality, the guy probably doesn't even know what broadband is. The objective of the campaign promise was in all likelihood just to get this tax ban passed, to make telco and cable company contributors and lobbyists happy.
Us folks wanting BB will continue to be screwed.
I bet that the white house has dual ds3 and he knows what broadband is. He is probably surfing for porn as we type.
