[request] Delete Attachment & Edit TextThe "Delete Attachement" is a nice feature, but I was wondering if there's anyway that it could be set up where you could edit the text and delete the attachment all on the same edit. The way it is now, you have to edit (Delete Attachment) and then edit again if you wanted to change the text or vice-versa. Note: Perhaps there's a way to do it now and I can't find it. If there is, I would appreciate someone steering me in the right direction...thanks. |

Re: Delete Attachment & Edit TextI could see that being convenient.
*sign* if it's not too difficult to implement. |

I don't have a problem with this. **sign**
When hitting the Delete Attachment(s)' toggle, you are transferred to a page where it will 'confirm' your deletion of attachments posted, then a direct link back to the forum homepage. Perhaps there should be an option whether to go back to the forum home page and/or thread, or continue editing the post at your discretion. |

Since I had a recent post where this would have been extremely helpful I'll *SIGN* |

I think a more gooder solution would be to just put a "delete attachment" link or icon right under the attachment, instead of having to open the message editor.

I'm working on edit-caption as well, and also the ability to upload more files rather than replacing the ones already there. So if you want to replace ones there you have to delete, then upload. |

yeah ok i'm pretty much done with this. give it half an hour and you should be able to do everything.
the only wrinkle is if you use buried attachment tags to lay out the attachments, then delete an attachment, the numbering will be wrong. You'll have to edit the post for the new numbering. |

I notice the upload/edit ... that is MUCH better then the regular upload button, less confusing. And the del button on the attachment is nice to. Keep up the new features, just in time for christmas |
