Did anyone else notice this? Is it legit?

Could be a false Positive.

Was that from a program scan or did that program actually try to access the Internet?

Thanks. I just reported this to someone at Symantec.

Looks like this was corrected via LiveUpdate this morning.

Thanks antdude!

Tonight's Live Update of Symantec Trusted applications show's this coming up again.

Anyone know what it is?

Are you saying the problem is back?

You probably have the Trivial Pursuit exe in the Spy Sweeper
directory by mistake. I don't think Spy Sweeper would have an exe named TP.
1) Run the exe to see what happens.
2) Explore to the exe and right click for Properties. On General tab, whatever is in Description is what is used by NIS.

No trivial pursuit game (or any games that I'm aware of) installed on this pc.

Double clicking on the executable does not do anything.

I'll just block it for now.

Thanks.

If you don't mind, I am curious as to what that TP exec is.
Can you rightclick the exe, select Properties, and report what information is revealed on the General and Version tabs.
Thanks.
