Ok...I thought the high speed neighborhood plan was supposed to be 1.5mbps, so I dont understand why i only get 200kbps when it was advertised to be 1.5mbps...not only that, but the service is erratic as hell..disconnects every 5 seconds.I didnt expect THAT much being only 20 bucks per month but what the hell... Im in Ny by the way
Sounds like your loop length is fairly long. They will give you maximum for your loop length. I would call them about the disconnects, I can't remember the last time my service went down.
