Anon | Can't setup account -- 90 days later Ordered concentric/northpoint in early July. I know Verizon was on strike, which slowed it down a month. But this last week (early October) I began cracking down on the lateness.
Today here's the email I get: (90 days later -- and Northpoint is certainly supposed to be available in my area):
We have been informed by Northpoint that they are currently not ready for DSL service in your area and they do not have an estimated timeframe for when they will be. If you like, we can place the order through our alternate vendor, Covad. Please let me know what you wish to do. Thank you.
