I'm gonna start crying. please bring back TB. I was actually looking forward to seeding this Christmas.. now I'm gonna be sittin there watchin some boring re-runs. Yes yes I know there are other wannabe TB sites, but TB is the best without a doubt.

Was TB's #1 competition.. Filelist is very slow on releases, and they have a very bad seed to leech ratio. They have had i think like only 2 torrents uploaded today, as ET had about 30. it looks like alot of the uploaders from TorrentBits went over to ET and they are uploading now, and there speed is fast too, so see you guys there!

i was No1 Downloader on TB(2.2 TB D/L,3.4 TB U/L).Elitetorrents isn't nothin compared to TB(no offence).They don't follow scene rules(like uploading what's on nforce and no later than a week),that's why they have a lot of new torrents(including the homemade craps).Filelist is a really nice place to be,hope other places like TB will exist,but my ifnformations tell me that TB is closed for real and forever(hope i'm wrong).

P.S.Filelist was No1 TB competition :P

Guys, in a few days we'll all know what is up. Until then everything is conjecture.

I do know that Redbeard is out of town at the moment.

I have adopted a wait and see attitude.

Well if some MODS had to go on they could at least give TB time to be replace them

the difference is, filelist uses original 0day scene releases. at et, you can get something that was released 7 years ago,,,nuked,,,and propered.

but it is what you want to use

pip youre so funny.. an admin from filelist coming to defend his site that released 8 scene releases today, and tried to steal an uploader Daszoeb from Elitetorrents!! Ok, just to clear this up, I went to the ET's site, and I checked how many *scene* releases (original scene releases) were released today 12/18. And it's 30+ Scene rls's from 0-day FTP's, and 5 user ripped DVDR's (similar to DVDR-CORE). Filelist boasts 8 Whole scene releases for today.. And 4 of them were uploaded by an uploader from ET. Meaning, they were there first..

So, Pip2k, post some accurate info dude before you try to bash a site that > FL !!!!

elitetorrents looks pretty crappy... nothing was as good as TB.

man, it is sad that a site as great as TB is gone, but i gotta be honest, alot of the admins were assholes through and through.

i just read Helshads goodbye, i'm not sure what he meant about RB only having 1 admin left, i saw plenty, but if he meant what i think he meant he was right.

why just before i left i had a small altercation with an admin whome himself had obviously not read TB's own FAQ, posted in my thread "gee you know, if the person you thread was about was a member i could mod you", and then comes back like he actually changed his mind and read the FAQ and modded me and threatened me AGAIN, all in the span of me not even responding to his first one. Frankly if that was the last "admin" left, i'm glad it's gone.

now, let's just see about wich TB clone is the best........filelist does indeed look the best and closest to TB, only problem is it's limit, wich is 50k MORE than TB, is already reached, ho hum ......

-screw 123torrents and cyphers world, they dont have the member strength.
