authagent : Couple of questions, first for VoipKing, you say that your voice service is supported by Level 3, which means you are buying service from them and reselling their service. Good, level 3 has high quality. But next you say you "own your own lines." What kind of line? Fishing Lines? I would like to know what these lines are that you own, and how they prevent your network from dropping calls. Do these special fancy lines that you guys own give you 100% ASR?

Arkady, I think you are one of the smartest people in VoIP. You state that "We terminate via PSTN as opposed to sending it off via the Internte, so our voice quality is crystal clear."

You are a genius and I'm sure your company will succeed. Good choice picking to terminate on the PSTN. Because if you didn't your calls would never terminate anywhere. Good choice deciding not to send your calls out over the internet. People would probably not pay much for a phone service that did not allow them to call anyone.

(For the record you could terminate to other IP phones without using the PSTN. But that isn't what we are talking about here, we are talking about home and business VoIP service, so of course everyone terminates onto the PSTN.)

In addition, you'll find that most of the time when you dig deep enough, the Voip department consists of one 20 year old and they have maybe one customer, YOU!
Its the wave of the tomorrow, but its not tomorrow yet.
