My god!

My god! That's an incredible service! I have DCCNET cable in a suburb of Vancouver on the west coast, and I get about the same downloads as you (about 3mb) but my upload is harsh, at like 300 something tops...you are damn lucky, and I would kill for 7mb of download bandwidth...KILL!!!
