Fort Worth, TX | Ninth Circuit Court of Fools The continued idiocy of the the Ninth Circuit Court, coupled with the guessing game about the retirement of the Justices on the USSC are very good arguments for imposing a 25 year term limit for Federal Judicial appointees. No one should guaranteed a lifetime appointment to any job, especially ones as important as the US Circuit Courts and the USSC.
