Well I got the regular 6U for the Pro400 modded to the Pro100 to work. The Pro100 is different from the Symantec line. I just changed the hex in the beginning!

I'm interested in getting the Pro400 upgrade to work with my Pro100 (currently at 5y). I've tried both the 6U and 6Z versions. Both give me the 'PID not matched' error.

Looking at the binaries, I guess I would need to edit this section:

NexLand..0110.............
...................1010016
UNexLand

Which '1' needs to be a '0' or '0' a '1'?

Thad

Pro100_15Z.zip 983,799 bytes
Try one the 6U or 6Z in the zip.

I upgraded my Pro 800 Turbo from 16N to 16Z. It seems to be much more stable.

With the old 16N (mid 2004), a problem on one internet line would seem to lock up the router for period -- and it doesn't seem to create a problem with 16Z.
