Ok, I am an average internet user who got sucked in and I now have all of the files attached to my computer. How can I get rid of them? They are write-protected. Is there one program (ex. Media player) that I can uninstall that will get rid of them all? My computer is not working properly and AOL is useless now. Thanks.
