And this is why...

And this is why I would never play a game produced by a government entity. I also wouldn't be shocked if the game had a few nasty surprises like searching your hard drive for objectionable material, etc.

It's beyond assanine to treat a violation of an EULA (a civil contract) as a criminal offense, and I don't think the Army could successfully prosecute anyone.

The fact that they're even saying this proves how utterly mad our government is becoming. Prosecute that.

Ya they could if they wanted trust me on that one, Btw its there game and there Servers so let them do what they want.

Btw that can be done considering a few game company's have had people put in jail for, tinkering..... I would guess they would go after the older people who do such stupid things as that tho. That is if they do.

Microsoft manages to sue and prosecute people who violate their EULA/ToS, why can't the Army?

It's not "there servers". This game like almost all FPS games are run off servers by private owners who choose to run them.

You are wrong and they have US Army Servers so they do OWN them and all the others are officially Licensed and leased servers.

Also in order to play online you must pass thru the Authorization system and that database is without question US Army property.

Microsoft can sue people that violate EULA's, but they can only prosecute them if they can show a violation of a specific law. Violating a civil contract in itself isn't a criminal offense.
