doubt this would work.....

This wouldn't hold up in court. This is like Microsoft telling you that you cannot install Netscape on your paid for and owned copy of Windows just because its in the EULA.

Your not violating any type of copyright or law, so I seriously doubt any court would find this to be legal even if it is covered by a EULA.
