Pachinko 04:58PM (PST) on January 19, 2005 Growing up, my dad had a Pachinko machine in the basement. My brothers and I used to play with it all the time. It didn't have any fancy lights, but... I still remember the sound of those pachinko balls flipping and flopping down the front of the game board. Tomorrow's live broadcast, starting at 7PM PST (-08:00 GMT), will feature an interview with Mike Coleman - pachinko-addict and spokesperson for the recent debacle on DRM. Now, if you've never played pachinko, it's kinda like pinball - only vertical with smaller metal spheres. I guess there's a restaurant here in Seattle that has tons of pachinko machines in it? »chris.pirillo.com/blog/_archives···140.html

And for those of you who want to know who all these people are at Microsoft you can also go back to the Links on the Beta Testing for WMP10...Chris was very active in that effort as I recall.

Matt Calder [MSFT] 06/02/04 ü Support for subscription-based content via next-generation Windows Media Digital Rights Management (code named "Janus"). New devices will be coming that support this new DRM that enable a "fill-it-up" model for subscription-based content.

Re: Blaming the User: MS & WMP Adware Installations Well, B I was not concerned about the surgery, but wondered what the result would be to get Critical Updates as ActiveX is a requirement. Pentium111, did you try it?
