This was on the local (Boston) Fox news a few nights ago. They were talking to a guy from Verizon and he said that whoever did it knew what they were doing and that it isn't easy to cut through that kind of line. I can tell you that if someone cut my phone line and I had no DSL, there would be heads rolling! Can anyone imagine life without internet?!
