| Looks Like Jay Needs Help! While on the surface it would seem that Brian Haberstroh has no case, I think Jay needs to be extremely careful here. Unfortunately these days, lawsuits often have little to do with right or wrong, but rather who has the best lawyers! I believe that Jay needs the help and backing of one or more anti-spam organizations. Hopefully this case will get nation wide attention.
