It's funny how we[end users] can no longer sue the spammers thanks to the Federal CAN SPAM BS law. We must leave that up to the already overburdened Attorney Generals to investigate when they get time.
But as soon as an ISP cancels a spammer, he finds out exactly who was complaining and sues them! WTF??????
Let's file a class action lawsuit against this spammer for being an asshole. Let's file enough lawsuits to put HIM into financial ruin.
