Sherman Oaks, CA | This looks like a Fake??? I was comparing the legal notes from both cases and this case doesn't seem real enough. The legal paperwork looks fake, i don't remember any court in the world with paperwork that looks like that... it just seems like it was done with microsoft word. This case looks like a scam to get some money donated for an empty cause where the other case in the story looks legit.
If you read the legal documentation on the other case mentioned in California, you will see the difference in the legal papers, IT LOOKS REAL...but, look and see for yourselves! |

| All y'gotta do is to have someone go to the court house and ask to see the filing. It's public record. That should settle the argument about it's validity pretty quick.
I won't voice any support or non-support for either side....  |

Just so you know... the courts use MS Word (and Word Perfect, etc) just like the rest of us do. |
