Boy I hope

the spammer does not win either...

If he does that is going to put a good kink in the stopping spam plans we have..

not a good day... I hope we don't end up down this path with the ones we get in the direct forum...

a very sad day at best if this comes to pass

I don't know why everyone is so surprised. The **AA started this fashion trend, so why on Earth shouldn't other people just as evil hop on the 'sue everything because we have more money then they do' band wagon? I'm sure all spammers will begin to be able to sue people who ask to be unsubscribed from mailing lists.

Next, the internet companies will sue everyone who complains about their internet not meeting the advertised speeds, and we will decend backwards through time to 56k modems at dsl prices.
