There are its own little bugs.
Then there is the Catch 22 of not enough websites being tested and tweaked for it. Of course that won't happen until a the percentage of site visitors using FF reaches some management set threshold.
I think it might be better if ISPs start by adding links to FF, Netscape and Opera on their support pages, to endorse them so more computer literate people switch to an MSIE alternative.
Defaulting to installing them, even if not setting them to be the default browser, is a courageous step. -- (Virus&Hijacking FAQ + Submit suspected malware + Backups FAQ + Security FAQ TOC) |

They let you right click on a page within one browser and open it in the other. Need to go to microsoft from FF, right click and open in IE, see a link on microsoft.com to go outside of ms, right click in IE and open link in FF.
Very nice for anyone who switches back and forth. Very handy if a page renders funny in FF (fix your code people, stop using FrontPage) so you need to open it in IE. -- "A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any invention in human history - with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila."-Mitch Ratliffe |
