It's a minor quibble, EXCEPT when you try installing on a new Windows 98 installation (by ftp or CD) without having to touch IE. I've tried.
Note: They may have fixed this in the last few releases, but I doubt it.

 BPremium,MVM join:2000-10-28 | That's the point. I wasn't RUNNING it at all, and had no intention to, which was exactly why I was trying to install the Weasel.
Anyway, I generally find myself happier with the real Mozilla suite.
