Ime actually going to wait on getting a new videocard until I get an SLI supporting motherboard. By that time I hope newer card will be out.

Yes. they are. I meant the 6800 GT. Ime not gona get either one though. Ime nowhere near happy with the benchmarks done by the 6800 series and x800 series. Ill wait for the next generation PCI-E cards to come out.
I run a Geforce FX that benches almost as high as the 6600.
So Ime alright for now. Thanks for you input though.

don't base anything on the benchmarks at all, cause there is more to the card then just was 3ddork says, there is better shader support on the 6800's and the x800's just pump out allot of fps.

and the fx's are not completely dx9 cards, they run an emu to run it so you are incorrect in saying that the fx series benches anywhere near these cards. in a 1:1 comparison.
