| Question about TransEdge I see this forum isn't very busy, so hopefully a trustworthy BBR member will see this question and respond.
I have a general distrust of salespeople, especially if I think they are working on commission. Can anyone tell me more about New Edge billing practices? According to the New Edge salesperson there are no hidden taxes, fees etc. Is this true? I often hear of companies tacking on extra fees such as the USF to DSL bills.
I've read through some of their reviews and it seems like it's mostly positive comments from businesses mixed in with some horrible experiences from SOHO users.
What's the deal with their first month bill? I read some reviews where their first month was nearly $500. What causes this? Do they tack on a bunch of installation and equipment fees?
Does anyone know if you can supply your own CPE?
