Yep things seem back to normal. Thanks for the update.

Overall pretty smooth sailing thus far. I've very pleased with the server and especially the price.
I spoke with my clan and they agree it's a steal! We may even get that RAM upgrade later on.

Questions...

Are the leased servers 100% dedicated, and not shared with other users?

What method of remote-access is used for the user to manager the server...i would assume Terminal Services?

Which ISP provides the upstream/downstream service to the leased machines?

Is there an on-site staff available if routers, switches, hardware, etc fails? What is your turnaround time for hardware/network resolution?

Obviously if a part on our Rental Rig fails, you are not responsible for the cost of its replacement ....

How long was the outage on the 13th and are these machines on ups/generator power?

Any plans to add another provider for redundancy? There are other bargain providers out there like WCG.
