Maybe yes if on a government computer, but not if you are using your own personal computer.

The military (At least Army) has some concerns due to security, but only on THIER computers. Nothing about soldiers personnel computers. |

Therefore, by violating any copyright law we would be held accountable much like anyone else. However, Article 134 of the UCMJ is the beloved "catch-all" - the General Article. So merely being involved in such a case could get you a court martial under at least this article for "crimes that discredit the armed forces." |
