When the rain started last night the speeds started to go down. My download went from 2800 kbps to 385 kbps. This is my line test.»/quali ··· /1649282
I called teck support and the guy sounded like he was from another country and sounded like he was reading from a script. Everthing he told me to do I had already done. But I did it again anyway. He said "I have send tech out to house to check your PC" I said PC is fine. He said "no, no,no I have to get him to see if you got bad modem". I said my modem is good. He said " how you know". I put the phone down and roflol . O,well when it rains it slows .

That night when the rain stopped my speed went back up.....LoL...:D...I guess knology needs to water proof its switches, wires or something. Maybe they can Thomson water sell there hubs;). If it slows again when the rain comes then I will suggest that.
