Corona, CA | How about just trying to keep the lights on When I lived in South OC (Laguna Hills) I had SDG&E and CONSTANT power outtages...3-4 a month. It was a joke. In talking to friends who still live there the problems persist. I would home that SDG&E would solve those problems FIRST...secure sources of new power FIRST...long before wasting ratepayer dollars on FAILED experiments like BPL.
