Im on Windows ME, on my desktop (not the laptop) being the main computer connected to the router. My network adapter is a DLink DFE-530TX.
The problem I face regarding this Error message on startup, is that the router does not have a software installation and no where is the file LIBWLAN.DLL downloadable from the internet.
